Straight hole ceramic filter is used to improve and enhance the quality of aluminum, copper, ductile iron, grey iron, tough iron castings. For the quality of castings such as steel, the straight-hole ceramic filter can achieve the following effects through in-mold filtration : purifying molten metal, removing non-metallic impurities and gases ; make the metal liquid filling stable and reduce the vortex ; simplify the gating system and improve the process yield ; reduce the porosity of castings, optimize and refine the metal structure ; improve the surface quality and mechanical properties of castings ; reduce the rejection rate of castings ; reduce processing allowance and improve tool life, reduce casting costs. The straight hole ceramic filter produced by our company has high filtration efficiency, good thermal shock resistance and high temperature strength, and can withstand the extreme environment in the casting process. The materials of the straight hole ceramic filter produced by our company mainly include cordierite, mullite, zirconium mullite, zirconium corundum, etc.
